Our prez is doing a good job. Let him serve out his term. Have faith in him & pray for him, his cabinet & America.
sick and tired of the activists, democrats, liberals, etc., etc.
Trump WON! Get over it!
Are you afraid he IS going to do something to make America great again?
If you don’t like America – L:EAVE!
To compare Obama’s Benghazi response with Charlottesville was laughable.
You made excellent points, and the other two just kept hurling rediculous comments. They seem desperate.
I am glad you countered with information and not defensive argument.
I think Trump was correct in his responses. Now he should let it go and move on to tax reform. He is NEVER going to please the Left.
A group that gets the proper permits to hold a rally has a Constitutional right to assemble & state their message. We do not have to agree with their message (I don’t) & should allow them their right.
Some group(s) of so-called ‘counter-protesters’ that go unnamed decide to stop a legal rally. They actually stopped people from executing their rights, so who is wrong? One group that has bad unwanted beliefs had the right but was stopped, so the counter-protesters (c-p) blocked a Constitutional assembly.
It has become apparent that only the unnamed rights of the ‘counter-protesters have any rights while everyone else must keep quiet. So the media failed to condemn the c-p for their actions.
So let me get this right. Your narrative is the only acceptable one?
Violence should never be acceptable and thank goodness our President denounced it. However, and there is a but because Mr. Trump veered from his prepared remarks. No discussion necessary if he would have stayed to the text. As the President says, “you know that and I know that.”
On another note, but in some ways related. It is unfortunate that Sarasota awarded Mr Trump STATESMAN OF THE YEAR twice. What confusing message does that send to the youth in our county? Regardless of the “tongue in cheek” implications. Yes, I know he raised funds for our party, but at what cost?!
He is not uniting our wonderful country.
I loved listening to Christian Ziegler. He was awesome, and quick. I am so happy to find someone else in the Republican Party that likes Trump.
During the presidential election I made all of my donations directly to Trump. Now that so many Republicans are speaking against Trump there was no way I could justify giving any money to the RNC. Presently I am making donations to Geoff Diehl our Massachusetts representative who is running against Elizabeth Warren. I am very happy to give money to Geoff as I know he supports our president.
I will send you money Christian if you can guarantee it will go to Republicans who support Trump. Otherwise, I would feel cheated. If you agree send me an address that I can send it to you.
Thank you very much for sending this to me as I was so happy to hear you defend our President. Actually it warmed my heart and made my day. I love our president and I pray for him every day. I strongly feel he is the only one who can save our country.
Christian Ziegler asked us to watch him defend Trump’s comments on April 12th decrying ‘both sides,’ excusing the lack of definitive condemnation of Neo-Nazis, anti-Semites, White Supremacists chanting hatred against American Jews, immigrants, and Americans of color in general because, Christian argues, the President of the United States of America ‘did not have all the facts at hand when he spoke.’ He said this at about 2:06 in the video.
Yet, at about 2PM on Saturday 12 August, Ziegler tweeted “No room in America for racist and loser Nazis.” (shown at at about 1:22 in the ABC video).
He blames ‘the Media,’ of course as that is his President’s mantra and his party’s line now days. Blame the messengers who noted and reported the outrage millions of Americans felt as they watch the Nazis, KKK, White Supremacists, and their hateful fellow travelers demonstrate against the very principles upon which our nation was founded – as Christian himself did on Twitter while the demonstration was playing out.
While he did not add to his tweets that he believes (as he is heard saying in the interview) that NAZIS and the like have a right to express their views in public spaces as set forth in the constitution they would ignore as they do our American declaration, I disagree.
Coming from Canada and California to Charlottesville, VA with your Torches and Swastikas is, to this veteran, the moral equivalent of freely shouting “Fire’ in a crowded theater – an act designed and intended to provoke peaceful American citizens – the proverbial outside agitators.
In any case, Mr. Ziegler made the point with his tweet. Had the President of the United States come out that afternoon and condemned ‘American’ Nazis and White Supremacists when Christian did, the press would have had no public outrage to report on.
If you are paying attention little by little the people that are for the trump agenda are being ousted by Obama and Clintonite people.
ABC is so biased against TRUMP they tend to pick apart everything he says or does. There was NOTHING wrong with the way TRUMP responded to the Nazi BS that happened in Virginia..
Christian,
Bravo for supporting the president in what was clearly a liberal biased broadcast. Not so great that you let the obviously biased slant of the host’s opening comments stand un-refuted. The disrespectful way that both the host and other two guests second guessed and deducted what the president of the United States was thinking was outrageous! The liberal news media would have crucified any conservative who would dare to say such things about President Obama’s state of mind or statements. Funny that the liberal news media never used the terms masogenist or white supremist about citizen Donald Trump until he bacame our president and started to derail their globalist, elitist agenda.
Good Job! Chris you got my vote! Some Good Old Fashioned COMMON SENSE!??????????? TRUMP ! TRUMP! TRUMP!
First of all Chris Ziegler looked great! He was confident and self assured. I wish he would have added that the reason Trump has to use his twitter account is because the press has been so unfair and that’s the only way he can get his point across. When they talked about his low ratings after Charlottesville, who wouldn’t have low ratings when every single Network, outside of FOX, crucified him continuously. They wanted to impeach him before he was sworn in. This President has been so disrespected by too many who work for CNN, NBC, MSNBC, ABC, etc. But he answered well considering that they were against Trump no matter what. When they criticized Trump for saying that both sides were at fault, didn’t they see the clubs and weapons the opposing side used against those that formed the march? How can they overlook their vicious attacks, and the way they were dressed? Why is that never mentioned? Nevermind that most of them were from out of state looking to start trouble. Why didn’t the Governor allow the police to intervene? No one supports a Nazi or
White Supremacist, but how can you support a Antifa or Black Lives Matter who are no better? It is ironic when they refer
the march to hate, when hate was clearly shown by both.
Please support our President I support hon 100%
If one of these people asked the other to shoot you why would they not be arrested?
I can’t hear well but I can read body language and the woman is an idiot. The guy needs to look in a mirror before he goes on TV.
Free Speech applies to all citizens not just Democrats. And the Democrats are the pro violence people since they don’t work or own companies and use their time paid for by hard working citizens in the form of welfare to protest and destroy property and show up in numbers 5 times greater to protest a smaller group in hopes of physical intimidation.
We agree with Mr. Ziegler.
Mr Trump hold your corner. You said what you meant and stand by it.
If our country was like others countris we would next get anything done.
The problem is giving preferential treatment to any foreigner, refugee, immigrates. If we follow the laws you would not embolden extremist/terrorist.
Again hold your corner and don’t turn or change your stance.
Hey Christian, Trump chose your party. You deserve him.
Mr. Ziegler, great job on debating the three (fake news) liberals. You won! We have to get rid of a large number of democrats, especially in the senate. Also, have to get rid of all the “RINO” republicans such as Ryan, McConnell, Flake, Graham, McCain, etc.
Keep the Confederate monuments, put back the monuments which have already been removed, don’t change the streets named after Confederate heroes.
These are the views of a guy who was born in Flatbush, Brooklyn NY and lived there the first 24 years of my life. Had to move, everyone moved, due to the immigration laws passed in 1965 by Teddy Kennedy (a “man” who could not drive a car across a short length bridge, not to mention the killing of a young woman).
